This is an opportunity to delve into your lifestyle and understand your stress and anxiety triggers before our session begins. We'll explore past coping strategies, triggers, stress levels, and what's blocking you. This part is crucial to establish our goal
2 Induction
Before diving into the session, we'll ease into relaxation with calming breathwork. Induction leads you into a profound state of tranquility, slowing your body and mind. Expect a relaxing experience in a comfortable environment. Online session is also available.
3 Suggestions
You'll be gently guided to recall your reasons for seeking relief from stress and anxiety. Throughout, you remain in control, fully aware of the process. Feelings of peace and calmness will takeover. Our session lasts nearly 2 hours, leaving you refreshed and free from anxiety.
4 Post session
After your session is complete, you will feel improvement to your overall mood. Dependent on your stress level, we may need 1 to 4 sessions. This will be determined after the initial session, which is 2 hours and the second session is 90 minutes long.
