Equanimity
Notice that no matter what other people are doing or how they are behaving, you’re calmly in control. So calm. So peaceful. Notice how you can create a feeling of space, peace, that feeling of calm, focused concentration, just at a moment’s notice. And you may just enjoy discovering how those feelings of calm serenity and relaxation leave you feeling so calmly in control, that no one affects you. That when waves of negativity comes at you, you can easily identify how you think, feel and release these easily. They were not yours to carry with in the beginning. You could navigate through so easily.
